Embarking on our second project with The Dolder Grand Hotel this year, Team Curate produced a full-length video shadowing Chef Heiko Nieder on the final day of “The Epicure” week.

For the past 5 years, Gault Millau’s “Chef of The Year 2019” and 2 Michelin star chef Heiko Nieder is the brain behind the biggest epicurean week in Switzerland, filled with star-studded Michelin chefs from around the world. And on the final day, all the chefs congregated together for ‘The Epicure Final’ when we filmed the video.

The video has been shared on The Dolder Grand’s website in October 2018, as well as Heiko Nieder’s Instagram in the vertical format.
